NRT Testimonials and Explanation
Imagine releasing all the trigger points and tension in your upper traps in under a minute, without ever touching them.
Rapid pain relief without grinding into sensitive areas or adding discomfort during the session. Tension melts away in seconds, whether it’s stubborn headaches or tight, aching low backs.
Dina’s Low Back pain
“100% pain free” “in 5 mins, maybe?”
Used by hundreds of therapists around the U.S. and many in Europe and the Netherlands, Neural Reset Therapy uses directed physical movements to tell your muscles to relax. No oils or creams used. Fully clothed.
Results last at least as long as a massage, chiropractic, acupuncture session. Some problems don’t come back for months.
Created by Lawrence Woods in 2012, a novel way to cause deep relaxation of the muscles was discovered. By using specific resisted movements to target muscles, we can get deep painful muscles to relax.

How Does NRT Work?
In your body, there are specialized nerve bundles called mechanoreceptors. The receptors respond to pressure, velocity, vibration, stretch, and other forces. When receptors are stimulated, a signal is sent to the spinal cord and then relayed to the brain, causing a change in the muscle reflexively.
With NRT, the therapist briefly stimulates the receptors embedded in the selected muscle by asking the patient to hold a position or make a movement in a particular direction. Or the therapist taps on a muscle in such a way as to cause a reflex that relaxes the muscle on the other side of the body!
That new message travels through the spinal cord integration center, which optimizes the muscle neurologically. With the reset, the muscular pain and tightness disappear within seconds.

If you have confirmed or suspected Ehlers Danlos Syndrome or severe hyper mobility, I’d suggest a massage instead. NRT will make your muscles too loose and you’ll lose joint stability and have more pain. Your muscles are doing the work of your ligaments, keep them strong.
As a rule, the older, sicker, stressed, tired, burnt out you are, the longer it may take to see results. I recommend doing a short trial of 3 appointments to solidify the results.
I recommend trying to get good sleep before getting NRT. Showing up rested guarantees better results
Repeated sessions are fantastic self care to keep your muscle soft and responsive. As with most things, consistency is key.
